Joma Bakery Café started with two locations and a logo. I joined as Marketing Manager and built the rest: visual identity, communications, packaging, signage, promotional campaigns, and the systems to keep it all consistent as the brand grew across Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia. By the time I left as Marketing & Design Director, Joma had 13 locations across three countries, a customer loyalty app, and a regional sustainable packaging program built from scratch against serious supply chain odds.The complexity of the day-to-day work was real. Every month, three product promotions were in motion simultaneously—one live, one in production, one in development—each requiring separate campaign development, messaging, pricing, and materials for three languages and three markets. I was the creative authority and the primary bridge between country directors, traveling up to 50% of the time to make sure the brand held on the ground.

In my current agency role, I lead creative strategy and direction across a portfolio of international clients, managing as many as 18 projects at a time, including R&D. I oversee a team, manage client relationships, and guide work from messaging strategy through final design across print, digital, and video—making sure every piece is sharp, on-brand, and built to perform. Our agency serves 36 partners across 28 countries, with products that have driven over 735% ROI and raised more than $8M in 2025 alone.
